TEFKANAN
TEFKANAN has now joined forces with the CIA (Christians in Action). They have "missions" each second Saturday of the month.

It is amazing how God works! He placed in the heart of a St. Louis woman the desire to help her neighbors. She was so good at doing it and convincing others to help that today she is on staff at St. Louis County organizing people to lend a hand on a much larger scale. Now, when the Police or Fire Department enter a residence and see that the home is unsafe forcing them to issue a notice of eviction, Debbie and her volunteers often come to the rescue. Many times the housing situation occurs because of an illness or a job loss and people cannot mentally or physically cope; these are some of the triggers for "hoarding" or not keeping the property maintained. In other cases a natural disaster such as a flood is the problem. If God has placed in your heart a desire to help others, a TEFKANAN project can be an incredible blessing to you and the people in need.
