Come and See

"Come and see." This was the invitation that Jesus gave to his disciples, and also the invitation that Philip gave to Nathanael. Come and see this Jesus. Come and listen to what he is saying. Come and take notes. Come and decide for yourself who he is and what your response to him will be. This is still the invitation put forth today. This is the essence of all evangelism and discipleship - "Come and see, come and be with Jesus."
