Family: The joy of my life! Jenny and I got married in 1975; the Lord has blessed us with four amazingly wonderful kids: Jesse ('79), Josh ('81), Jud ('83) and Erin ('89), plus two beautiful daughters-in-law, Johanna (Josh) and Sarah (Jud).
Education: Alma College (B.A. Religion); Bethel Theological Seminary (Master of Divinity); Covenant Theological Seminary (Doctor of Ministry).
How you came to West Hills: The Lord led us here in 1989 when Erin was a baby and the boys were "running wild" through the neighborhood. We couldn't have asked for a better place to raise our kids and serve the Lord. Plus we love St. Louis (Go Cards!).
Scripture: I've gone back to Lamentations 3:21-23 many times - "But this I call to mind and therefore I have hope: the steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, his mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning; great is thy faithfulness!" God has proven these verses to me many times over the years.
Random: Just to settle it once and for all: Northwestern Michigan is the absolutely best place to vacation in the entire western hemisphere - - - and I'm not exaggerating (okay, maybe a little).
