As Senior Pastor, Gary's responsibilities include teaching God's Word (an awesome privilege); vision-casting; leadership; and caring for the West Hills community.

Eric's passion is to see people coming together to worship the living God. He has the privilege of working with artists who use their talent to express worship to God and is excited to see God build the community of artists to unleash the arts at West Hills and the world to be a light and to make known our awesome God!

John is responsible for the direction and oversight of our church's small group program which at West Hills are known as Life Groups. Life Groups are groups of people that meet in various places throughout the week to fellowship, study and pray together. John also facilitates a support group for depression and bipolar (DBSA).

Jud oversees the student program and connections ministry at West Hills. He spends much of his time networking with area ministry leaders, equipping the West Hills student leads, teaching at student events and discipling "young dudes". He also works closely with the young adult program at West Hills.

Mel is responsible for the Sunday morning programming for the West Hills Student Program and plays a large role in the day to day activities, events and organization of the group. Mel also has a heart for serving the community and has instilled this passion into the program as well. Her primary objective is to invest in the spiritual growth of this generation.

Cindy is the Director of "helping parents realize how critical their time is to faith passing to their children" and the Director of "helping the church realize that children are the Kingdom of Christ right now (as opposed to when they grow up)."

Tom is our in-house photographer and oversees the outreach/bridge ministry at West Hills. If you want to serve St. Louis, Tom is the man to talk to.

As Director of Communications, Kim is the wheel that keeps West Hills moving forward. Her responsibilities range from the happy voice you hear when you call, to preparing/executing promotional strategies for ministry endeavors.

Laura is responsible for accounts payable (paying the bills), payroll (paying the staff), reconciling the bank account, making journal entries, and preparing financial reports (for whoever needs them).
