Ministry 2011 Meeting: Potluck and Presentations
Sunday, October 10, 2010, 5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
Our potluck dinner will begin at 5:30p.m. Please join us for a time of food and fellowship before the Ministry 2011 presentation. Church manager, Marshall Henley, and our West Hills elder board will be presenting the plans and budgets to carry us forward in the fiscal year 2011, which began October 1.

The individual ministry plans presented at this meeting are vital to the success of our overall church vision; you are strongly encouraged to attend. Life Groups, please plan to be at this meeting.
Childcare is being provided.

October 17, 5:30p.m.: This meeting is an optional Q&A meeting for those with further questions after the 10/10 Ministry 2011 presentation meeting. We will be serving dessert at this meeting.
We encourage those with questions for ministry/church leadership to come to this meeting or contact ministry leaders with your questions throughout the week. We do not want your questions/concerns to go unanswered before the vote on 11/24.

October 24: All West Hills members are encouraged to vote on the Ministry 2011 plans directly following both services. Please contact the church office for an absentee ballot if you are unable to attend that morning.
