Doug Fischer - Elder
Family: Doug and his wife, Cindy, celebrated 25 years of wedded bliss in May of 2008. Doug is the father of two adult children, Will and Kaite, who grew up at West Hills.
Occupation: He currently works for Ameren. Previously he worked as a securities analyst for more than two decades for A.G. Edwards.
Past: As a former pastor's kid, his heart is tuned to the "insides" of churches.
Elder Role: Doug's primary focus on the board of Elders is church finances.
