MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers), a program led by mothers, for pregnant
mothers through mothers of kindergarteners, meets twice a month. The first meeting of the month includes breakfast, fellowship, a speaker, a fun activity and meeting in small discussion groups. Your kids will enjoy games, crafts and snacks with loving caregivers. The second meeting is a family play-date where you and your children can get to know your MOPS friends! Childcare is not provided at the play-dates. The WHCC MOPS will meet from 9:30 - 11:30 a.m. every 1st and 3rd Tuesday through May. For more information contact Stephanie Goh or .
DBSA Support Group

Every Tuesday, people living with a diagnosed mood disorder, depression or bipolar disorder or who have a family member or friend who is diagnosed, will have a new place to find hope, help and support. The Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance (DBSA) will hold a weekly, Christ-centered, self-help group that will meet in the Gathering Place.
